I also agree with the other comments, this place is a nightmare. The lady in the rental office "Renee Burke" is off the hook, very very unprofessional,rude, and very GHETTO. I mean who cares if she's from "KENTLAND" and they smoke their weed, why would she even want to share this with anyone. This place is mice infested,the maintenance man is useless, i gave them a long list of things that need to be fixed in my place about 8 months ago and i am still presently waiting for them to be fixed. Yes this lady leave long nasty unprofessional messages on your voicemail and she does not know how to communicate professionally. She ran the last maintenance man away because he said he couldn't deal with her any longer because she talks to people as if they're kids.I assuming "WAYNE" the regional manager call himself putting her there to have someone a little firm in the office but little Miss Renee Burke is going to meet the wrong person, because that mouth of hers will meet her Kentland match!!!!!!! If i didn't think i could go to jail i would've been slapped her across 23RD Parkway, believe it!!!!!

I couldn't agree more...if the hooker calls my house again I think I might run the risk of going to jail because I'm slapping the little ----- to the ground...I am so not the one!!!!!!!!!

If you all are having all these problems! MOVE. I've been at the apartment for 2 years, and I have not had any problems, they fix, all the things I ask them to fix. The people who are having these problems! PAY YOUR RENT! Why would a property manager come at you for no reason! PAY YOUR RENT. If the white man was the manager, YOU WOULD HAVE no problem paying your RENT! Stop Hating! MOVE the HELL OUT!

Who the hell wants to pay rent for the mice to be living in there with you...that is so nasty especially when you have kids...the apartments arent but so big so you cant help but to see it and the maintentance man is lazy as hell...its a shame when he admitted it his self that he's lazy. We did a walk thru before we moved in and we havent gotten anything fixed and we pay our rent on time every month...Bad bad business. I wouldnt refer anyone to these apartments EVER!!!! Oh and I couldnt agree more with that ghetto ass broad RENEE BURKE...she's just rude whether you pay your rent or not...

The person saying she has been here for 2 years with no problems is either a friend of Renee or it is probably Renee herself trying to make it seem like someone thinks she is doing good. Renee is rude! Not professional at all. It doesn't matter if you pay your rent on time or not that is how she is. Even if you are late on your rent that doesn't mean you shouldn't get your repairs done.
