Take heed to all of the warnings about this apartment complex. I lived there for a little over 2 years only because I had to. The instant I was able to move from there, I got out real quick like. There are so many roaches and rats there, they know each other, and you on a first name basis. If you don't mind the weed smoke, rats and roaches inviting themselves to dinner, the rental office lady who I just learned her name because she is never there, then be my guest, more power to you. I will pray for you. If you live there now, GET OUT NOW WHILE YOU HAVE THE CHANCE. That place will suck the life out of you.
