Not only is the apartments raggedy, the staff is raggedy as well. The best landlord we had there was Beverly. Everything that the other people are writing is so true. Renee tries to intimidate people into doing what she wats, but when you want something fixed in your apartment, you might as well do it yourself, because no one else will. She is never on time, and she is barely there. the office is closed about 85%-90% of the time. She is very rude and unprofessional. The maintenance is lazy as hell. When we had Renee and Roland there, at least we got some things taken care of. Now with "the wicked B-tch of the hood" there, she is just taking up space. You have mice and roaches as roommates, even if you keep your place clean. I had Renee to come see the holes in our wall in the kitchen (back in November)....till this day the holes are still there. You will call for maintenance and they will never come or they will come 3-4 days later. This complex is terrible, only because of the lazy, unprofessional, and incompetent staff that is Renee and Lester.
DO NOT MOVE HERE....EVER!!!!

When we had Renee and Roland there,....YOU MEANT WHEN BEVERLY AND ROLAND WERE HERE...BECAUSE RENEE'S IGNORANT ASS CAN GO AT ANYTIME AND THE COMMUNITY WOULDN'T MISS HER SIMPLE TALE ONE LITTLE BIT...TRUST IT!!!

You have this much Hate for Renee! You have the problem! I've been renting for a while, and I have not had any problems, I pay my rent on TIME, and my apartment looks GREAT! keep your house clean, you won't have all those roaches! All these negative comments are from people who do not want to pay RENT! MOVE the Hell OUT! Move! Why all the nasty comments! MOVE.
