i totally agree with everyone that has wrote reviews. If you have a better choice do not move here!!!!!!. Renee is a total -----!!!!! she has a problem with everything you do such as sitting on the front and even sitting in your car.. Iam a loyal rent paying tenent but some people arent this forunate to pay on time and if you arent then she prints out this huge sign saying you didnt pay your rent on time and tapes it to youe door so everyone in the building will know your business this is just plain wrong but she doesnt care. Then its the mouses once you catch 1 its like at least 4 more come to replace it. If maintenance has keys to your apartment change your locks they never keep matenance people longer than a month and most of them are shady people. A couple of years ago i left for work and my sister was watching my two young children when a matenance man just came barging in when he notice people was home he closed the door and said he had the wrong apartment he was looking for 302.. Now we leave on the 6th floor no way in the world he climbed the extra flights on accident he was up to know good this has happen twice until we changed the locks. The parking is ok but you only get two parking pasts and the tow trucks that come aroung are crooked they will tow your care even if you have a sticker then when they notice you did have a sticker they will still charge you a arm and a leg to get your care back. Recently we had a string a break -ins to the washer and dryers someone was stealing quaters out of the machines this happen to every building at least 3 times. This was a major problem because maintenance wouldnt fix them for another week.

I have a house (thank God)! I am just wondering why this Renee still has a job are you all complaning to the management company about her. Call "Seven On Your Side" or "The Better Business Bureau". The things she gets away is unethical and unprofessional. I would do it for y'all but I don't live there so I have no vested interest. Someone who lives in the community "if that's what you want to call it" needs to step up and do something.
