I have lived here for a total of 4 years. When first moved in this was a quiet, lovely place to live. Boy was I niave. My car was stolen twice within six months. The noise problem is terrible. Kids contantly running up an down the hall, people slamming doors. The roaches have advanced passed the terrence level and even the first floor. The matainace people do come out on time but do they always complete the job...I think NOT! I have been living with a broken closet door for over a year. MY bathroom ceiling kept leaking and colapsed once. The hot and cold water is constantly turned off during the day.

I agree, when I first moved to TOTH, I was very excited.. I thought it was going to be a nice place to live boy was I wrong.. The management here is awful, they feel as if they can talk to you any kind of way..The maintenace people are awful, half the time they don't know what they hell they are doing, and have to keep running in and out of your apartment and leave your door unloked.. I have been waitng over a year to get my garbage disposal fixed. People run up and down the halls at all times of the night.. these parents need to teach their children some damn respect.. there is constantly pissing in the hallways as well and stairwells as well.
