i lived at top of the hill for almost two years. the apartments are pretty spacious, but there are roaches throughout the building. kids run up and down the hallways constantly. the BIGGEST problems i had were that water is almost CONSTANTLY being shut off. seems like at least 3 days a week. and speaking of water, my windows (and many other tenants windows as well) would allow in LOTS of rain in during heavy storms. not just a drop or two, but my apartment was literally FLOODED on more than one occasion. management promises and promises to repair, but always has "excuses" as to why they have not. i left in 2000 and current tenants say that the problems are still there.

I agree, they also have a major problem with a cold draft coming in through the windows in the winter time.. I called numerous times to have my windows.. corked and have yet to have it done.. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
