It's not bad, but it's not good either. I live on the top floor so I don't have to worry about the roach infestation problem that's on the lower levels. The rental office staff is friendly and very helpful. Maintenance is decent, they usually come within 24 hours, however, sometimes they will need two to three days before your repairs are completed. Parking space is not a problem but car theft is a HUGE problem, make sure you get a Club and a car alarm. The view from my apartment is excellent and that is mostly the reason why I will stay here. You will smell other people's food from your apartment because the smell comes through the vents. Overall, it's decent and it's proximity to the metro station (right next door) is a definite plus. The higher up in the building you go, the better your apartment will be. Oh yeah, one more thing, expect your water and/or electricity to be turned off at least once every other week for maintenance repairs...
