A lot of people have attacked this complex mostly for the security issues. I have never felt unsafe at all.
Yes there is gunfire but thats due to the drug dealers on Naylor Road. i have been out & about at all hours, have yet to worry once.
Police car parked at the entrance is a good deterant.
Maintenance comes within hours if not minutes of your calling. They keep you informed of any problems in the building & warn you well in advance if you will be inconvienanced.
The leasing staff are a bit dumb. Need to repeat things slowly for them:) But the maintenance guys are great.
We are paying less now than we were for a studio apartment across the valley. We now live in a one bedroom with a balcony with wonderful views.
Ony gripe is that there is no reserved parking. So you are likely to park far from the building if you arrive home after 6pm
