These reviews are --------. I had roaches that I found in the fkg refridegerator AND microwave - the very same microwave they gave me for becoming a resident. I had mice and lived on the 8th floor of 3208 Curtis Dr. the elevator was ALWAYS broken, no joke. ALWAYS, and I just had a baby and was living by myself....I had to carry my child, his stroller, his car seat, his diaper bag, my purse down 8 MFKG flights of stairs...it was horrible. DO YOU HEAR ME - ROACHES, 1 MOUSE, NO ELEVATOR. I do have to admit, the roaches ONLY seemed to be in the kitchen and near the slab of mirror was tacked to the wall ...

... they didn't seem to be anywhere else, thank God. Also, the 1 mouse I called maint about got me a sticky floor trap right underneath the radiator. Well, I suppose I could've done that myself. Stupid me for thinking that maint would actually SOLVE a mf problem.

ALSO - the radiator leaked - but they did nothing about it for 3 months. My rug was soaked and wreeking of mildew and mold (it was so disgusting) ---- started growing along side the wall and the rug was festering with some unGodly ---- - but they did nothing. I'd call, but nothing happened. Well, that is nothing until the person underneath me complained about their ceiling leaking and starting to buckle out.

God Bless the people of Kay Mgmt and Top of the Hill. There's more. Once maint came about the leaking stinking festering ---- in my LIVING ROOM NOT FIT TO BEAR ITS OWN NAME, they acted as if I did it, like I like living in something that resembled a stagnant swamp. What did they do about it'

I dunno! Seriously, because it never stopped and they SAID they'd replace AND clean the carpet...what they MEANT was they'd wet vac the carpet and suck up the water. Thank sweet Jesus I was leaving that month -- I didn't tell them ---- cause they didn't deserve ----. Why' Because they gave me ----, that's why.

Also, when I left, I bagged up my trash and had to move all my funiture with my sister down 8 flights of stairs because, hmmm, the elevator was broken. It wasn't until the mgmt company lied on me and blamed a missing slab of mirror tacked to the wall that I decided to stiff them on the last bill. ---- 'em, the bastards, they don't care and it so shows.

I spent 1 yr there and cannot, I REFUSE to believe ANY of these muh----in' testimonies because it's blatantly fraudulent .. not after my experience with the place, there's no ----in' way someone can enjoy living there. Because of EVERY FKG THING I WROTE..that's why. Also, if someone does enjoy living there it's because, and only because, they don't know jack better.

They grew up in ghetto slum and know nothing else so that to them is home. But I couldnt see people who know nuthin' having internet access, that in addition to rating their complex...wtf do they care, they're stupid. Anyhow, these cushy little smiles and giggles ratings are complete --------, BOOSHIT - BOOSHIT. It is written by staff...it so is it is fkg aggrevating because they will mislead someone into spending their money and subjecting themselves andor their offspring to such inconceivably horrific environment.

I hate top of the ---- hill. It's ghetto, you got people hanging out in the parking lot so much that I had to call my friend to come by whenever I wanted to leave. I called the rental office once about a drunk who was yelling obscenities right outside my bldg when I was suppose to take my son to his father's that evening ... they didn't care, they did nothing and WE HAD A COP LIVING ON THE PREMISES -- ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF MY BLDG. C'mon now.

The drunk aint leave 'til shortly after midnight harassing people and fallin' around actin' stupid as ----. I called the cops and they didn't get there until hours after the mf decided to stumble around the gate leading to the condo area.

So I was hostage for quite some time. Anyone who cherishes the air they breath, their dna seed and their sanity need not apply.

OH YEAH, that fkg wack ass tacked up slab of mirror on the wall aided in my neighbors peeping what was going on in my living room whilest they sit on their balcony - MFs.

This place blows big fat ass elephant ----. There's no way someone with sense likes to live there and continues to do so. I'm willing to place a fkg bet.

Anyone who does not believe me - my eml addy is posted, send me an eml, I will fkg survey the mf place to find out the ACTUAL # of residents who are there by choice and who like it as opposed to those who are

My radioator leaked as well and caused mold to grow in the carpet.. when the maintenance man finally showed up.. he made it worse by causing a bigger leak and further ruining my carpet... DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!
