The place may seem nice at first, that is if you went to live with roaches, which I'm not accustom to. The heating and air condition vents have black mold growing on them from running your air. Also if you like having your car broken into or stolen. The towing company that tow car here are crooks or the ones who are stealing the cars, they ride around the parking lot looking for car that look nice and will tow it even if you have a sticker in the window. Also the apartment complex next street over there is always gun short being heard coming from there.
