Overall:
-Had two security incidents; my car licence plates were stolen, and another time I had to call in the police because there was someone peeping through my aparment window (Terrace level). I asked to move to a higher level and they were reluctant to allow this.
-Heat is included but dont count on being warm inside
-Parking is free but if you forget to hang your parking tag your car will be towed and $250 at least to recover, be careful about the parking, small mistake and the car will be towed
-Maintenance responds quickly, but once they came in and left my windows open, I came home at night to find my aparment open for all to view and enter (again am on terrace level) and another they left the apartment open.
-Grounds are kept clean atleast
-Millions of cockroaches on the terrace level, dont bother complaining because they will tell you they sent an exterminator, but you will share your apartment with the roaches as long as you live there
-Exercise room is a joke
-If you can live elsewhere for the money, do so
-Not a safe neighbourhood, hear police sirens every single day and gunshots sometimes
