THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS A JOKE. I'VE HAD A LEAK IN MY TUB FOR FOUR MONTHS THEY JUST CAME AND FIXED IT LAST MONTH, THE MIDDKE PANEL IN MY FRONT WINDOW HAS BEEN OUT SINCE JAN. I'M GLAD I DON'T PAY FOR HEATING. YOU CAN CALL THE RENTAL OFFICE AND TELL THEM YOUR PROBLEMS AND MAYBE SOMEONE WILL COME AND FIX IT. THE TRASH BACKS UP EVERY WEEKEND, WHICH DRAWS LITTLE UNWANTED GUEST. THE TOW COMPANY THE USE TOWS YOUR CARS EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE THE PROPER STICKERS. THE FRONT DOORS ARE NOT ALWAYS LOCKED. THE OFFICE STAFF ARE NICE, BUT THIS PLACE IS NOT RUN RIGHT. YOU HEAR THE SHOOTING FOR THE OTHER APARTMENTS NEXT DOOR AND ALONG BRANCH AVE.
