OK the neighborhood is one of the worst in the country, as far as violent crime goes, but if you can get past that, Top of the Hill might not be too bad.
Good prices, my unit was nice, never heard the neighbors, never saw bugs, and maintainence fixed stuff, maybe a lil slow tho
