I've lived in Top of the Hill for almost 2 yrs and its good for what its worth, BUT..... I'm moving b/c I'm tired of people pissing in the elevators! Tired of hearing kids run up and down the hall. Tired of the lady above me walking so hard in her high heels I can't sleep. Tired of the water being shut off every damn week for "maintenance" purposes! And to top it off, the elevators are always broke, and when they aren't people are getting stuck in them! My girlfriend got stuck in one for an hour and a half! NOT COOL! She was scared and not very happy that the fire department had to come get her out!

I'm still dealing with the issue of urination in the elevators, constant water being shut off due to "maintenance" purposes, and elevators not being operable.
