I have been living at TOTH since September of 2006 and I love it. I have a very nice basement apartment with a patio door. I adore it. I fell in love with the apartment as soon as I saw it. I have no problems with any bugs, unless it's grasshoppers in the summertime which is my fault being that I sometimes leave my patio door open on nice, sunny days. My rent is wonderful... it includes all utilities. I have a very nice corner apartment where I'm never disturbed, parking is always available, and I just love it!

I do too! I wish I had a patio, but I love my apartment so much that I don't want to move from it! :)
