I lived in 3208 for 2yrs and it was a great place to live. The grounds were always, always clean, the hall ways smelled clean,very clean stairwells and people were never just hanging outside even when it was nice out. Although children are allowed I never heard loud noises from them. We have security patroling the lot, ample parking and I haven't heard of any break-ins since moving in. The problem that I had were the loud police cars, fire trucks, and ambulance traffic that passed through going into DC and the apartments were pretty small. The prices were good and my pros certainly outweighed the cons. I would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind living in a busy district.
