Hello, I recently moved into the 3202 building. I did have a few issues upon move in (locks getting stuck and A/C unit malfunctioning). Fortunate enough, the staff were on it. Everything was in good working order with 24 hours of my notification. Regarding noise- I dont have much of a problem with that. The reason is the noise is not extremely loud. Yes, you do hear people- but considering you are in an apartment building that has eight floors with about 10 units on each level you have to be reasonable. The cost is also very do-able.
