Mice are like pets in that building, you might as well write them off on your taxes.

Wow! I guess because I live higher up I don't have the mice or rodent issues. It is very quiet, peaceful and clean. I love it! Like most apartments, there is no perfect one, but I guess I was blessed to get the floor that I'm on.

I have lived in 3208 for the last 7 months and I have only seen one mouse. I am not saying that the building is not infested but I know my apartment does not have mice or roaches.

I wrote the response back on 2/17/08 about living higher up. Well I have seen two mice running in the hall on my floor and I have contacted the rental office and they have done absolutely nothing about it. When my lease is up I will be moving from MOUSE CITY!!!!

Wow!! Things has change alot since 1992, we never experience any mice or roaches and we lived on the 6 floor. Yes there were drugs sold in some of the buildings, but once the manager found out they were inevicted. Other than that things were nice, I and my sister would walk to Iverson Mall and I also like the fact I could walk and get my hair done. Another thing I like about living at Top of Hill the restuarnats, and I used to work at the McDonald's up the street. The building was always clean as well as the outside, and maintaince was always on time when you called them. But I will say things has change about Prince Georges County and that's with people from DC moving in from crime areas. These are the ones who are bringing the roaches and mice, plus whatever else. If Kay Management and Southern Management continue renting out to people on welfare what going to happen they are going to lose good tentants and the buildings are going to be just like the ones in DC over there by Benning Road and others. Right now, I and my husband are living in Oxon Hill Village Apartments and we hate it here with the noise, liotering, and you name it. That why we are moving in July of this year and going back to Charles County in Waldorf, Maryand where it is peace and quiet.
