I have been a tenant since March 2008. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING IN THIS COMPLEX. I live on the 3rd floor and have a mice problem. The management office makes promises to correct the problem and they do nothing. Maintenance request are ignored, I wish I knew how to get a work order completed. The rent is high, however, you get slumlord service.

I was moved from one building to the next and told there were no mice in this certain building, stupidly I believed them so I definitely understand, SAD!

I posted a response back on 1/28/08 about how wonderful the apartment was but after being there for four months, it is not at all what it seems to be. I agree with the other responses concerning the mouse situation. Top of the Hill is MOUSE CITY!!!! I called the rental office to get assistance because I live on the 3rd floor and saw a mice running in the hall one morning and asked them to assist with the problem and no one did a thing!!!! I am fed up too and when my lease is up I am out of there. It is a shame that you pay a high price for rent and management is not concerned about the mice problems at all. I take everything that I said back on 1/28/08 because after giving it some time ... it is a horrible, horrible place. MOUSE CITY!!!!!! I had to use my own money to go out and by some mouse deterrents that you plug into the wall (made by Black and Decker). It creates a loud sound that the human ear can not hear, but it is very annoying to mice and keeps them away. So far so good! I plugged it in next to the door entrance and haven't seen one since. But still for the price you pay for rent to have mice running around you can go to another place where it is better. Someone once wrote "you might as well write the mice off on your taxes" ... I totally agree now. Do not move here!!!!
