I have not had too many problems with Mice, as a matter of fact, after I have lived there now for almost a year, I only saw one and that was earlier this month. However, they keep the outside of the apartments up, by the inside is poor and shows lack of experienced maintenance people.

Now when you move, youa re sur ein for a trick, as they charge water to some residents. That right, only new residents ahve to pay a water bill to a company not even in the US and they go up every month. My bill went from $20 to $65 a month!! Now that is becasue I have to pay for the total of the bill for the entire building, then it is split between the number of residents, and this is including the residents who do not even have to pay a water bill!! This is a total rip off and if you don't pay it, they take it out of your rent!! It is not fair at all and upper management needs to explain and revise this!

Well the area is getting worse then what it was years ago, but for just in the complex it seems to be ok. We did have someone raping women in the stairway and the never told us until after we showed up and the news people were there. Also, the rental office people are poor at cutomer service. They forget to put your maintenance request in and they are flat out rude, especially Tomika and Quiana. I would say stay here only as a last resort, or for the convenience, it's not too bad!!

You need to call Kay Management. The more compliants that are fielded into their office, the better chance you have of them correcting some issues. Especially when it comes to how rude the staff is. I experience that everytime I have to deal with them, and i make sure i make it known. At least i know that it's not just me.

I know whoever wrote this is just trying to start some trouble. Now, when you say rude I would have to agree about Quiana but Tomika is really sweet and has been since she first started at Top Of The Hill. Tell the trutrh about the situation! Of course the community is not the Ritz and you get what you pay for in this world. temple Hill is little SE didn't you know? But, the staff isdoing what they can with the resources they have. I will agree with writing and contacting Kay Management -START WITH THE PRESIDENT! I urge you to voice your complaints but also have a solution to what you feel the problem is.

I've live here at TOTH since September 2005, and have seen changes to staff like running water to a canal! BUT, change is good. Quiana is gone, thank goodness! but Tameka is lovely and very professional! Brian is not bad either but he seems too busy sometimes! The maintenance is good, but what I am tired of are some of the kids in the complex; and some ADULTS too, throwing trash all over the parking lot, in the elevators, and I hate the writings on the hallways and inside of the elevators. Parents need to keep their kids in check, and visitors need to respect the tenants already living here! Also, word to the wise - Don't let anyone in that you don't know!!!!

Can we say horaaye Qiana is gone. Tomeka is very kind and helpful. Brian does have a bit of a flip side. He is not understanding at all. He can be rude and very very very sarcastic and belittling. When I fist had to interact with him I thought it was too good to be true, but don't fall behind on your rent...It is all down hill from there he is an ass!!!!
