I moved in top of the hill apartments in 2006 I lived in 3202 when I moved in the apartment was great the rent was too high but lets give this a try. I was living there for 15 months NEVER was the rent late but the last month I was there it was 22 days late Brain King ordered that my locks be changed because of a "gas leak" and he couldn't get into my apartment so he changed the locks. I found out the next day that there had not been a gas leak in my apartment or in the area that day. He locked my 4 year old daughter and I out for 2 days. Then 2 weeks later I come home and find my computer, printer, digtal camara, and dvd player stolen out of my apartment. YES STOLEN OUT OF MY APARTMENT!!!! When I came home the door was still locked as I left it no windows were broken and I live on the frist floor. I found out the next day that one of the guys (keith) working there went into my apartment and took my stuff the police is worth nothing they just took a report. Brain king is the man in the entire world. I'm not taking Brain King to court and kay management I will soon be the property manager at Top of the hill and you can bet that keep on moving don't even look its nothing but trouble and MICE.MICE AND MORE MICE I Caught 6 in one week in my apartment I CALLED TOMEKA and she said I'll will get someone out there today and no one ever came so take my word for it please don't come here!!!!!!

I agree with you! People need to realize that there are over 400 units here at TOTH, and limited staff. Can you imagine "one" Doctor assigned to over 100 people in one day?? Chaos is what you will have!! We have to have a bit more patience because we are not the only ones having maintenance problems. We should just wait our turn, and if it seems like a long time, then call again I'm sure they will get to you. I have never ever seen mice, and I have been living here for over five years, never mice nor roaches. Guess what I do to assist with keeping my surroundings nice and neat, I sweep, mop, clean, bag my trash - TIGHTLY, pick up around me, and remind others to pick up their trash that they have the nerve to throw down, when the trash can is sitting right in their faces!! I just can not understand GROWN folks throwing their JUNK MAIL down on the floor by the mailroom, when the silver trash can is sitting right THERE!!!! These are the types of people who do not need to be living in an apartment complex, they should be living in the P.G. County junk yard instead!!!!

I have had a concern with mice but They are always on top of it. More often than never you find that the reviews on here are extremely negative. Never can someone reconize the good. Every time I had a problem in my unit Ms. Tamika and Mr. Brain are alway to the rescue. They are up front and honest when they can offer services or if I might have to wait a few days and even then I was offered a discount on my rent. Keith has worked in my apartment several times over the past 4 years I 've been living here. I will admit there were times when I left items out in the open like cash, jewlery and I have always returned home to find my things just as I left them. My issues with mice are my next door neighbors. I live in 3202 also and I didn't start to see the mice until my new nasty neighbors moved in. When I took it to the rental office attention I was greeted and assured my problems would be solved. Mr. Brain even called me that afternoon to inform me of the status of the work in my apartment. I am sorry that you had such an experience but me nor the people I talk to around here ever have problems like these.
