I MOVED HERE IN JUNE ,I HAVE TO ADMIT THE SIZE OF THE APARTMENT FRIGHTENED ME- BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I ONLY CONSIDERED & CHOSE IT TO SAVE A BIG CHUNK OF MONEY SINCE MY HUSBAND & I ARE RARELY HOME. I HAVE YET TO HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH MICE OR BUGS WHICH IS CLOSE TO A MIRACLE CONSIDERING ALL THE COMPLAINTS & REVIEWS I HAVE READ ABOUT THIS PLACE.
I AM GREATFUL TO HAVE A HOME-MANY PEOPLE DON'T HAVE ONE!
I ALSO FEEL THE MANAGEMENT HAS ALWAYS BEEN ON TOP OF ALL MY NEEDS AS A TENANT & VERY FRIENDLY NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES. I ALWAYS FEEL A WARM & FRIENDLY TONE WHEN SPEAKING TO ANY OF THE WOMEN IN THE OFFICE- WHICH IS ALSO A MIRACLE (DUE TO ME WORKING IN AN OFFICE FULL OF COLD BLOODED SHE-DEVILS)
PUT A BUNCH OF US TOGETHER IN A SMALL ROOM, I DON'T THINK I CAN ALWAYS BE AS NICE AS THEY HAVE BEEN TO ME.
AS FOR MR. KING I HAVE ONLY RAN IN TO HIM ON A FEW OCCASSIONS AFTER MY INITIAL MOVE IN, BUT AGAIN- NICE & FRIENDLY!!
THE MAINTENANCE ARE WONDERFUL!!! ESPECIALLY BILLY!! HE FIXED MY PROBLEM IN A BLINK OF AN EYE...
FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE HAD MASSIVE BAD EXPERIENCES WITH TOTH I SUGGEST MAYBE TAKING A DEEP BREATH, AND START OVER WITH YOUR DAY- MOVE OUT IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT HERE- IT'S YOUR RIGHT AS A HUMAN BEING TO LIVE IN A HOME YOU ARE HAPPY IN!!!!
BUT REMEMBER THESE THINGS TOO-
EVERYTHING FROM MICE TO TRASH TO EMPLOYEES TO JUST PLAIN ANGER- MICE & ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE
UNFORTUNATLY THEY LIVE IN THE SEWERS BENEATH OUR STREETS, THEY LIVE IN RICH PEOPLES MANSIONS, THEY LIVE IN GIANT FOOD STORES, SAFEWAYS, HOSPITALS, METROS....IT'S REALLY UP TO YOU & THE PROPERTY UPKEEP TOGETHER TO KEEP THEM OUT OF YOUR APT!

I HAVE USED IT IN ALL 3 APTS. I LIVED IN SINCE I WAS 18 YRS OLD FOR 11 YRS IT HAS DONE WONDERS.

NOW WITH MANAGEMENT, YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND EVERYONE WORKS HARD IN LIFE NO MATTER WHAT THEY DO EVERYONE HAS A BOSS TO ANSWER TOO.
PUT YOURSELF IN THEIR SHOES- WHEN A TENANT COMES IN WITH A COMPLAINT- I DON'T THINK THEY SIT THERE AND NOD- THEN WHEN YOU LEAVE GO HOME & GO TO SLEEP & FORGET ABOUT IT. THEY ADDRESS THE CONCERN WITH THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF THE AREA, & THEY ASSESS THE SITUATION WHATEVER SEEMS FIT....NOT EVERYTHING CAN BE DONE IN A BLINK OF AN EYE, AND NOTHING IN THIS WORLD WORKS 24/7, ELEVATORS FOR INSTANCE- I HATE THEM, THEY SCARE ME & I RARELY USE THEM I USE THE STAIRS, THEY DON'T BREAK DOWN....IF THE MANAGEMENT HAS 20 PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME THING- BUT IT DOESN'T OR CAN'T GET FIXED UNTIL 2 DAYS LATER- WELL THAT'S UNFORTUNATE, AND VERY INCONVENIENT...BUT WHAT CAN YOU DO IF THERE IS NO WAY FOR THEM TO ASSESS THE SITUATION AT THAT GIVEN TIME BE COMPASSIONATE ITS NOT THE MANAGEMENTS FAULT THE ELEVATOR BROKE DOWN...THEY DON'T RIDE IT UP & DOWN ALL DAY- WEAR N TEAR BROKE IT DOWN- SO DON'T GET ANGRY AT THEM, MAKE YOUR COMPLAINT, ASK WHAT CAN BE DONE & SAY "THANK YOU" FOR ADDRESSING MY CONCERN-
THAT'S A REAL BIG PROBLEM I SEE EVERYDAY WITH ANYONE ( I WONT SAY EVERYONE BECAUSE IT'S NOT EVERYONE) I DON'T HEAR THANK YOU ANYMORE & I HARDLY EVER FEEL ANY EMPATHY FROM PEOPLE, NO COMPASSION, NOTHING...IT'S LIKE THIS COUNTRY HAS GONE SO COLD WE DON'T CARE ANYMORE & ALL WE DO IS COMPLAIN, CRITISIZE, & POST BLAME!
I HAVE YET TO ANSWER MY PHONE AT WORK AND HEAR SOMEONE SAY THANK YOU FOR ANSWERING MY QUESTION & SOLVING MY PROBLEM, I HEAR THIS SHOULDN'T HAVE EVEN HAPPENED! OR WHY CAN'T YOU DO THIS NOW'
I HOPE & PRAY EVERYDAY THAT THINGS JUST ALL WORK OUT BY THE END OF THE DAY ... I THANK GOD I AM ALIVE, I AM HAPPY & I ENJOY MY SHORT LIFE ON EARTH BECAUSE HOW YOU TREAT YOURSELF & YOUR HOME, YOUR CHILDREN,YOUR LIFE...THAT'S HOW IT TREATS YOU BACK!!
BE PATIENT WITH THE TOTH STAFF -THEY DO THE BEST THEY CAN-SOME OF THEM LIVE HERE TOO!

I agree with you 100%. The ones that causes the problems are usually the problem! Adults need to act like adults and stop being so nasty with their trash! I have encountered junk mail on the floor of the mail room, and the trash can is in plain sight! Now that's being down right nasty!! I like the Management Team too, they are always polite and professional and have had no problems since moving in here almost four years ago! Forgot to mention, there are a few tenants who think that other tenants can't smell their "illegal" smoke, but they need to think again! The stinch coming from some of your apartments is just nasty! You should move to an alley so you can smoke your "illegal" smokes all you want and leave the comfortable living to those of us who want to reside near decent people!! Again, your post was very nice and welcome to TOTH! I am glad to see another tenant who cares about their surrounding and hope that you will work with those of us who want to keep our apartment community "decent" and free of "thugs" and of those who don't care!

hahaha! I so agree on the illegal smells in the hallway!! My husband and I have come home & nearly passed out from the thick rank stench in the halls coming off the elevator & stairs. This complex is 100% drug free, but again it's not the staffs fault it's their own. I am a tolerant person when it comes to a lot of things, I happen to believe if someone wants to hurt themselves then it's not my job to save them.....I can only help those who seek my help! I think it's unfortunate some people degrade their home space & it effects the rest of us who do CARE- YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT if we who care don't stick together and do what we have too then how do our children and their children going to grow up thinking that's all there is ...the streets are filthy, swearing, illegal activities -it's a shame, thank you for your response. I hope others have opinions too & do all they can to keep our community decent & respectable.
