Gateway Square 25% Recommended May 10 2008: I am approaching one year at Gateway Square, and this is the truth. I too searched Apartment Ratings a year ago when I was looking to rent and am searching again now looking to rent elsewhere. Now Gateway is not Ashford at Henson Creek (formerly Arbor View) 32% Recommended May 10 2008: ASHFORD AT HENSON CREEK IS RAISING THE LEVEL OF LIVING, COMPARED TO WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN 2006 I HAVE SEEN A LOT OF POSITIVE CHANGES. THE NEW MANAGEMENT STAFF IS DOING AN VERY GOOD JOB. THE MAINTINANCE DEPARTMENT IS Ashford at Henson Creek (formerly Arbor View) 32% Recommended May 04 2008: This place is the worst I've ever lived in. Management post bulletins about "Loitering" that's the biggest JOKE I ever had told to me. Please you can't pull into the complex w/o 150 teenagers hanging out & management has the Maplewood Park Apartments 15% Recommended Apr 22 2008: I lived here for about 2 years. After we moved in, a week later, someone broke into our apartment and stole everything. Of course, no one saw or heard anything. People hanging out on the steps of the building, and Ashford at Henson Creek (formerly Arbor View) 32% Recommended Apr 21 2008: Do not ever move here! All of the negative ratings are true and accurate. 93.9 should be ashamed of themselves for promoting this hellhole!
