Thinking of Moving - I have a friend who is thinking of moving here and was offered a 1 BR in the 3202 building on the 3rd floor. Based on the reviews I'm trying to tell him to look elsewhere because I know how apartment staff can be very misleading in order to get a warm body into a unit and because of the terribile reviews I have read! Do Not Rent Here This property is roach and mice infested, the staff is unprofessional at best, and when you look at the office which has been fixed up you may get fooled. Trust me even though you might think you are desperate credit wise a decent owner will give you a chance to establish

Depends on which building you live in and what floor I couldn't agree with you more. Your right about the delivery drivers won't deliver to your door. You have to damn near threaten the management staff to repair anything. I hate the "Nasty Grams" as well( the notices they put on

Very Clean and Comfortable I moved here back in Sept. It is soo convient and peaceful.You would think it was a senior citizen home but it's not! It has a store on the lower level! i never have to go to 7 eleven again!I have not had any issues thus far.To top it off...all my utilites are free!!!
