STAY FAR FAR AWAY! Henderson Webb (the management company) is WORTHLESS! And that may be the understatement of the year! I lived there for 3 years, my husband lived there for 8 years. Maintenace' HA! Do they even have maintenace' Takes them 5-7 days to respond.
My building had sewage coming up in our laundry room, and instead of fixing the problem, they would nurse it a long and act like the problem was fixed until it happened again. I think the plumbers they use have made millions off of them. They had our water turned off at least three times a week every week this past summer. And did they tell you they were turning off the water' Of course not... nice to wake up in the morning have no shower or water for drinking.

Complaining' If you can ever get a human being on the phone, consider yourself lucky, get someone on the phone that actually has a brain' even more luckier!

Parking is horrible, no lighting, cars broken into constantly, oh, and directly behind the high school... kids skipping school in the woods behind the complex, along with the psychotic homeless people that the police can never force out of the woods.

In a nutshell, Henderson Webb will screw you in all ways possible. STAY AWAY! I would suggest taping your phone calls or get it in writing, anything with the management. They will tell you one thing and then flat out lie to you and charge you a arm and a leg and call you a liar!

Want to know about amenities' Oh wait... there are none. No pool, no playground, one washer and dryer for 12 units'

Best thing I ever did was move out and move on....
