Just don't do it, pay the extra money and live somewhere else. Things cannot be bad enough to live here!!!! By the time your lease is up, you will have less money than you started with!!!! And you will not get your security deposit back, or work done that needs to be addressed, or privacy! BE WARNED - THEY WILL TAKE TAKE TAKE and NEVER GIVE ANYTHING BACK.........

Remember! Never rent an apartment with Henderson Webb. INC. They are liars. They do their best as they can to cover their mistakes and cheat money from their tenants, but do as less as possible to improve their service. They are so familiar with fabricating fake evidence with their attorney to take even tiny money for them. On the other hand, if you want to know the bad side of the world, the Henderson Webb is your best choice.

I agree wholeheartedly! 100%. I had a friend get evicted from there. Instead of putting her stuff out on the curb, they put it in the dumpsters. Her granddaughter's urn and remains were thrown in the dumpster as well. On top of that, people in the neighborhood (and I'm sure some of the Hen-Webb employees) stole all of the valuable things. They are definitely liars and money-hungry predators. Stay away from them.

Its very true, unfortunately I am still a resident with Henderson Webb, my old apartment I had loud neighbors who would play music at full volume at 2-4am. I wrote 36 letters and called the police 18 times, to which henderson webb would send them a letter reminding them its in their lease to keep noise down. No action was ever taken, now I am in a new apartment where once again I have new college freshman neighbors who just left mommy and daddies house and do not know how to live with others in a building, henderson webb has taken no action on the noise complaints. I have lived in lesser "quality" neighborhoods where violating your neighbors privacy and peace was not tolerated. But with the amount of yellow court papers hanging in the mailboxes weekly, I can tell they do not take time to screen potential residents. There are much nicer apartments, stay away from these guys.
