We have lived here for a year and don't notice any difference in maintenance response from here as compared to any other community. Our neighbors are nice and the noise is normal as one would expect in an apartment community. Snow removal is earlier than in Mays Chapel. Some people just like to complain. One of the things I do like about this place is that the owners don't harass you about anything. Very calm and peaceful and the wood setting is quite nice with views of deer rabbits etc. out our side window. The price is at least two hundred dollars cheaper than we paid in other apartment complexes which were also fine. Parking is on the good side with plenty of parking spaces for all of us. We love Pat in the office at Reflection Knoll. She is a total sweetheart!!! We haven't seen any issues with crime etc in our neighborhood. We leave our car unlocked and nothing has ever been taken.
