Despite the other reviews, I haven't found much to complain about here. Now this has been my first apartment, so I don't have much to judge it on. I have a 3rd floor unit, and I hardly ever hear my neighbors. The most I hear is my immediate next door neighbor's hinge creaking and sometimes a door closing.
Our appliances work fine, even if the kitchen is dated and small. It is a struggle to get 2 people working in there. We do have a problem with our oven being calibrated wrong, and maintenance didn't/couldn't fix it. I like the open format of the living room and dining room. My room is small, but I think it is technically a den. No problems with the bathroom.
We have a small storage area and laundry in the building. I just wish there were more washers and dryers. There are 2 of each for a 12 unit building.
Never a problem parking. I love all the trees around. The building is near a high school and nice family homes.
Only negatives: An older, small, but still fully functional kitchen.The windows are old and one of our screens is really bent. Not a big deal to me.
