I moved into Reflection Knoll suddenly and I wished I had time to look into other places. I moved into a downstairs basement apartment and I went to pull my luggage out of the closet and it was wet along with a wall full of mold. It was Fourth of July weekend and I couldn t get a hold of customer service until Monday morning. Keep in mind that I am highly allergic to mold. I had only been at the apartment for 3 months at this point. So Monday morning they came in and looked at it and said it wasn t a big deal and that they would come in and take care of it by cutting out the wall and exposing the mold and killing it. I told them that that wasn t an option due to my medical conditions and that they would need to move me to a different apartment and compensate me for the inconvenience. So after 3 weeks of this back and forth with the customer service manager they decided to move me into a different apartment. Let me just add that the customer service department is the most rude and lazy pieces of crap I have ever met in my life. The maintenance people are no different.

So they move me which is what I wanted. I moved to the 3rd floor and the cooler season hit and what a surprise another issue BUGS and lots of them. My house was so infested with stink bugs that I killed over 250 of them within a 4 hour time period and there were still some alive. The windows are so messed up that the screens and glass don t match up with the tracks so therefore bugs are coming in. I contacted management over 50 times about the bug/window issues and they have such attitudes it s not fun for me to keep calling them about THEIR issues. They exterminated 4 times and still have yet to correct the issues.

Every time I turn on the shower it sounds like a rocket and you are about to take off. Good luck getting that fixed huh'

Just be careful when you think about Reflection Knoll their prices might lure you in but beware of their evil customer service, bugs, mold and every other issue you could think of
