Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
the apartment was beaten up, chippin paint, duct taped air ducts, lead paint, repairs took forever to be done if at all. locks fell of doors . parking sucked, and they tow you constantly even if you can fit the cars. example: driveway with three small cars blocked nobody but we got towed anyways
