I think the "colony" is a class-action lawsuit waiting to happen. It is a dump. I have not yet met a person who lives here who has not either 1.) had a problem which they have repeatedly asked the management to solve, which was never solved or 2.) begun a lawsuit.

One lady told me she has written SIX letters to the management and has had no response. Another girl told me she and her roommates don't use the stove because they are afraid to!

This place is almost entirely rented out to college students; Villa Julie uses it as their official dorms. I am not a college student. These poor kids seem helpless to do anything about the problems.

I have had zero responses from the management about the fact that the toilet barely flushes, (I've been here for several months), along with some other problems. There was NO filter at all on my furnace and the only way we got one into it (after months of breathing blowing dust), was by taking off the vent pipe! The whole contraption is jerry-rigged with sheet metal and no standard sized filter even fits!

Along with that, there are smashed beer bottles and dog-do everywhere because of the behavior of the residents. additionally, the laundry rooms are far from most apartments, have no change machines, have, to my knowledge, filthy lint filters, (clean clothes smell really weird) and have tiny washers and some malfunctioning dryers.

The only thing I can see that the management is REALLY, REALLY good at is COLLECTING MONEY. Oh, yeah...one other thing: there are discarded carpets, air conditioners and other rubbish commonly found at a dump, all behind the farthest back buildings. And those buildings are also vacant and overgrown. How can these people get away with wasting prime Towson Real Estate' Calling all lawyers!!!
