I have to live here b/c my school (Villa Julie) has no real dorms...it's been horrible, utterly horrible.
First off, we put in maintenance requests in August; important things like our sliding glass door not locking and such...it's now March and these things still haven't been repaired.
And our "maintenance" guys...can we say drug addicts' Plus, they hit on us; we're not comfortable with them in our apartments...
Camel crickets--heard of em' Yeah, the Colony is overrun with them...they jump straight up in the air and harrass people by nesting in their beds, closets, cabinets, etc.
Let's see, what else' Rape, theft, violent drunken neighbors...all common occurences here at the colony. Too bad our locks don't work!
Oh yeah and ghosts! Our apt. is haunted! I didn't believe in ghosts until our t.v. started turning on randomly, our doorknobs jiggled, and our stuff was rearranged while we were out.
The laundry rooms, full of used condoms on the floor and behind the washing machines...
So many more gripes, a word to the wise: live elsewhere!
