Crime is everywhere

This place is unsafe. All the other apartments in the Towson area have real off-duty Baltimore County Police Officers that walk the grounds at night. The management needs to care about the female residents that walk from the parking area to the apartment. I do not feel safe and nor does any of my friends. My lease is up and I'm moving to University Village. All of my girl friends constantly have nothing but good things to say about UV. Sure they have problems but that I can live with. I can't live with being in fear to go out to my car at night. Michele Bradt and to all the other management and staff of this complex -- cya later --- I'm moving to a safer apartment.
