if you enjoy mice, bugs, leaks, broken toilets, loud, disrespectful, annoying, rude neighbors, dog feces, weird smells, piles and piles of trash overflowing from dumpsters, trash and beer cans all over the grounds, dents and scratches on your car, not being able to park in your assigned parking spot, dirty laundry rooms with broken washers and dryers, cold apartments with huge bge bills, then this is your place....if not dont move here.

its been hell since i moved in and i can't wait to get out of here. if you don't like your neighbors you're out of luck. be careful of people breaking into your apartment too. hopefully you dont mind bugs or mice...or should I say RATS im from NY and these things give some competition to NYC rats. does the staff care' NO. does maintenance come fix any of the problems' NO. Now, I do have to say the maintenance is very nice however they never get the job done the first time. Just don't do it. There are enough bad reviews on here for you to realize this is not the place to live.
