The Colony is the worst aparment complex that I have ever lived in or visited BY FAR.
The main reason it is so awful is the type of people who live there. You can tell that the majority of the tenants just moved out of mommy and daddy's house for their first year of college - which means there are loud, obnoxious underage drinkers constantly stumbling around the complex. The spoiled brats that lived above us regularly urinated and on occasion vomited from their balcony onto our patio. What did the management do about this''' Absolutely nothing - they wouldn't even come clean up the vomit off of my front steps - I eventually had to clean it myself.

I cannot stress enough how horrible this apartment complex is. It only takes about a week of living there to figure this out. They had the nerve to raise the rent from 749 to 820!! AS IF!!!


The structure itself is ANCIENT. That means - everything in it has 40 years of other people's stench and abuse. Second, the parking situation is completely obsurd. You get one designated spot, and there are always jerks who will park in your spot - no matter what.
