this place is the dumps, like many of these reviews, i could go on and on. The list just continues. its gross. if you dont care having leaks from your toilets in your kitchen walls with "stuff" (to put it nicely) for a while. Mice- 7 mice in 1 week. DISGUSTINGGGGGG!!! Sprickets ALL THE TIME, SPIDERS ALL THE TIME, there are racoons around they come and eat the trash. and rats, and mice, and bugs. not well lit, parking is a disaster. no sort of safety, mold in walls, poorly circulated, BGE is a fortune each month in the winter. getting charged for things that do not apply to your property. parties all the time, trashy, dirty, gross. I cant deal with mice, and we have sticky traps. its gross. and cruel. I bougth my own mouse traps, my own sticky traps, I dont do mice. Anways i have 5 more months in this piece of Sh**, and I am soooooo excited to be done there. I cant wait to get out of there. I will never move there or come close to moving anywhere near it. And I hope you read everyones review and find a pattern. meaning no... so dont move here. its gross. its not a pleasant place to live. like i said I could go on and on, but do yourself a favor, find a place newer, and modern. (and cleaner) youll be happier too. trust me.

Unfortunately I'd agree with you at this point. Did you see the botchup they've done on the windows? They've literally ruined my bedroom - the paint's peeling off, the wood's cracked, and I swear I even think the window's installed crooked. I am SO out of here come July, heh.

lol, you and me both, and ps, no they havent touched a thing yet. All i know is that there crap is all over the place by the dumpster. well maybe the mice and rats will go hang out there. might be a good thing for us ha jk. good luck, and I finally decided to just sign up here and make people (the ones who say that its not too bad...) realize. i mean how many nos are there vs yes's? gosh, I wish I woulda read it a while back. anyways good luck and good move about leaving in july. me too cant wait. lol.
