I just moved in and have to say that my apartment is awesome. The staff was so very polite and the maintenance has been on top of it since I moved in. I'm quite aware of the fact that my rental rate may go up when I renew in the next year, that is a fact of life. Unfortunately if it didn't go up then I would be concerned due to the fact that they weren't making any money to make additional changes or upgrades to the apartments. The weekend that I moved in was Tiger Fest....to say the least it was like a major free for all. But and this is the best thing, there were police all over the place. I know that it is mainly college kids here but, they need to realize that anything that goes wrong effects everyone in the community not just them. Guess living with a silver spoon in your mouth until you leave to go to school makes it hard for you to actually take other peoples lives/privacy/homes into consideration huh'

Haha - what a joke - clearly this was not a real tenant. Sure it's safe with all of the police - at least one day out of the whole year!! the rest of the time keep your pepper spray and knifes with you!

This reviewer works for the Colony. Have contacted corporate before, they could care less. I've lived in my apartment here for 2 and a half years, it has gone way down hill. Nothing positive could be said about it at this point.

Basically you don't speak English. I said "it has gone way down hill." Meaning it went from decent living to really awful living during my last lease signing. I question your intelligence. I am guessing you can read but can you comprehend what you read? Anyway you responded to my post in a matter of minutes after not having a response for 4 days, so you work for them for sure, but don't worry, your sole 5 review isn't going to give this awful place any due credit. 9% overall, that is pitiful. PS this is my roomate's account.

I lived there from the late 80's to the early 90's. The late 80's were very nice, almost no college aged kids. The place went to crap when they started renting to more college aged kids in the early 90's, I finally had to move out because it got so bad. They should just sell to TU and be done with it. The place is a real dump.
