This apartment complex has been nothing but a hassle since I moved in - all of the receptionists/office staff are lazy and don't do any real work (look at facebook all day) won't provide any help or assistance for anything will just try to send you to someone or somewhere else if at all possible. Apartments are dirty and old and need to be renovated (they just did the windows - a band aid on all of the other problems.) Cracks in the outer walls - no insulation to speak of anywhere - leaky pipes that drip onto whoever is below. STAY AWAY!!! AIMCO get your properties together!
