Nice amenities, but no Shangri-la

Unlike most of the other reviewers, I don't love or hate the complex. I think it's got some great amenities that most other complexes in Towson do not have, such as a nice pool, tennis courts, security patrol. They even have a happy hour in the complex clubhouse once a month with free drinks and snacks.
The quality of the apartments themselves vary because some have been revamped a bit, while others have not. Mine is ok, but I'm also not that picky. Some of the fixtures, plumbing and such, seem like they were cheap solutions to solving problems, but I do know that if you talk to maintenance, they generally take care of it.
Also, my roommates and their dog moved out and the complex cleaned the carpets throughout the apartment at no cost.
I live with 2 others in a 3-bedroom and rent, when split, is $357, which I think is fair. Bottom line is I think it's fine for a year or two place to stay, but I wouldn't want to live here permanently
