yes the grounds are beautiful and the look of the french doors make it seem like a xmas garden but that is where the good ends.the halls are only swept.the laundry areas are scary and because trash is kept in a trash room indoors it stinks washers are old laundry area is unaceptable and many flood.office can be snippy even after recent changes.apartments are so old you need a screwdriver to get windows up and the security is lame most of time spent parked.also lots of noisy teens
