Courthouse Square Apartments

Nicer apts for same price down the street From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/31/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   First impressions of Courthouse Square are good, but after a month or so you will realize that you have made a mistake. I could hear every step my upstairs neighbor ever took. I could hear their water go on. Everytime they flushed the toilet it sounded like a rainstorm in my apartment. The water got shut off nearly once a month for one reason or another. The bathrooms are small with zero counter space. The plumbing is old and has a lot of problems. Do yourself a favor and look around. You can get more for your money in this area. I now have a quiet 2 bdrm, 2 bath, with underground parking, in a clean and secure bldg for less than I was paying at Courthouse Square.
