You can tell the good reviews are written by people who work there! Even people who don't totally hate that place would never rate the construction and maintenence that good! That is the worst part of the place. The maintenence guys are generally nice but they don't care about the quality of their work at all. After about 6 months, I started fixing stuff myself because I did a better job and I'm not very good at stuff like that.

Besides the fact that the rent is too high for what you get, the buildings are so noisy! You would think with the amount of money they charge, they could fix the place up a bit. This place is a dump. If you go by, make sure you ask some actual residents if they like the place and by all means, take a look at the laundry rooms and trash areas! If that doesn't turn your stomach, you could live anywhere. The only saving grace is the most of the residents are great and having nice neighbors made this place liveable.
