After reviewing the previous comments I was floored. I have lived at Courthouse for about 6 months and love it! I have a very spacious apt. (1204 square feet to be exact), directly in the midle of Towson. I walk to the grocery store and frequent Towson Town mall which is only 1 mile away. I had one experience with a leak from the bathroom above and maintenance was effecient and had the problem completely repaired and painted within 3 days. The kitchens could use some updateing but besides that i could not ask for more. I enjoy the neighborhood feel of the community and the location. For the previous people whom were to afraid to put their names I wonder if any apt. complex would suit their needs. There is no such thing as a completely sound proof apartment, nor is everything going to be perfect. For the age of the buildings I am rather impressed with the construction and maintenance of my building. For the money and location, it's a perfect place to call home!
