I have lived at Courthouse Square for only a couple of months, but it's been great. They had a happy hour for the tenants and I got a chance to meet other people in the neighborhood. Even when I had a problem, maintenance was over the next day fixing my problem or the rental office would call to follow up. I think Courthouse Square is great and when people complain it's probably because they didn't pay their rent!
