The best thing is the location, close to everything you need, mall, grocery, blockbuster, target, etc. The complex looks nice on the outside and the model that they will show you looks nice as well. Our actuall apt was filthy when we first moved in and they had to reclean it; it still wasnt what we expected. The carpet was still filthy and they refused to replace it. The tile in the kitchen was very poorly installed and the cheapest tile available on the market there are gaps between the tiles which causes dirt to stick to the glue. We've had a major mouse problem which has been taken care of after three years. Parking is ok if you arrive before 6 pm, but after that you have to park far away because its first come first serve and they allow guests to park anywhere instead of assigning parking for tenants. People are noisy out in the parking lot at night, drunks, people playing ball around the cars, people are very loud outside all the time in the middle of the night on week nights. Our refridgerator leaks water from inside, first they fixed it by turning the setting down which caused our food to spoil (this has been going on since we moved in in 2000 and we have complained the whole time about this) finally three years later the maintenence guy installed something to keep it from frosting up on the inside which he said created the water leakage; this worked for about one year and now its leaking again. They should have replaced this old refridgerator in the first place instead of changing the temp constantly and then replacing a part. The management people are nice and the mainenence people are nice and they usually respond and may try the fix the problem but don't actually fix it and you get tired of complaining after a while.
