I have lived in Courthouse Square for 3 years, and I am real resident. I like my apartment but I am leaving because of the new management company. They do not have their priorities straight. They are renovating apartments within the complex so they can raise the rent and have signs up all over the place to try to attract business. Meanwhile, those of us "leftovers" from the old days have to live with noise, construction, road blockage, piles of trash, and threatening letters that our cars will be towed if we get in the way of the construction crews. Complaints and concerns are dismissed by the leasing office. We are supposed to "tolerate" the "inconveniences". The property manager once told me, "I can put anything in your parking lot anytime I want to, and I don't have to tell you anything about it." Would you want to pay money to have that kind of "customer service"'
