As far as apartment living goes, I think that Courthouse Square is one of the best I've seen. The apartments are colonial style and have large french doors with a lot of natural light. They are par with the communities in the area as far as upkeep and location, but there are a lot of things that made this community stand out to me. The leasing agent was sincere and helpful and actually recommended I check out other places in the area before making a choice. When I moved in, the people in the office recommended places to eat and things to do because they knew I was from out of town. Anytime I've had a problem since I moved in they have handled everything quickly and nicely, and I feel like they remember me- the customer service means a lot!
The maintenance guys have been there a long time and if I see them out they say hi and remember my name. They will even come by and fix any issues while they are at work if I stop them on my way out in the morning!
They have a lot of cool services like their laundry service and a dry cleaning service that is starting up soon. Its convenient in my busy schedule to not have to worry about doing these tedious things. I also like that I don't have to take out the trash- I can just take it to the trash room- and they take it out 2-3 times a week so it doesn't build up.
The two negatives that I can say is that sometimes I can hear my upstairs neighbors stomping around, but to be fair anyone who expects not to hear their neighbors in an apartment complex is being unreasonable. It is, after all, still an apartment. Also, parking can sometimes be a problem if I get in really late, and I have to park a few buildings down.
Overall the positives far outweigh the negatives at Courthouse Square, and I would absolutely recommend this place! I actually already have, and for every friend of mine that moves in, I receive $500 in referral fees. Its nice to be paid to tell people how happy I am to live where I do.
