I don't know about all the negatives but I like Courthouse Square. I got a new kitchen and bathroom in my apartment and they pay for my gas which I am appreciating right now. A maintenance guy is my neighbor and he is really nice and always willing to help out with little things for me. I think most of the workers go above and beyond and I would recommend Courthouse Square to anyone!

This person forgot to mention how much they had to pay for these much needed renovations and the what came with that which were mice.
