I have been living here for 11 years and I haven't regretted a day I've spent at Courthouse Square. If you actually go through and read the reviews the people that complain seem to have unreasonable expectations of apartment living and really catty remarks. My honest, objective opinion is that no apartment place is perfect. Not even every home runs perfectly. It is how the management reacts to imperfections and problems that truly shows if the place is worth the money.
I had a flood recently when I was away. Floods happen everywhere, and I know there was nothing the management could have done to prevent a large water main break in my building. But what they did for me after the fact is what made the experience so much easier to bear. They paid for me to stay in a hotel and fixed the flooring and walls within a day and half- on a weekend even! They went above and beyond for me, and because of that I will stay here as long as I can. Its good to feel like they actually care, and that is certainly something that doesn't happen everywhere.
