I have always really enjoyed living at Courthouse Square! My apartment is massive and the closet space blows any other apartment I've had out of the water!!! The maintenance is decent and the office is nice. I think its nice that they try to plan little events to get the people together, and they always have free food which is nice too. I liked everything here, except one thing that has been an increasing issue as of late.
Parking used to be an issue where I live. It was a little tight when I came home late, and I often had to park a little ways away from my building. Now that there is a new parking system, there are designated spots for visitors so they don't take up all the parking! One of my neighbors complained to me because his girlfriend parked illegally here and was towed, but I was happy because that meant one more spot for me! All of my visitors follow the rules and there has never been an issue. I'm really grateful that there is a more strict plan for parking here.
