I would not lease at Courthouse Square. The parking is horrible (the permit system has not helped much), the apartments are old (not sure where the renovations are), the laundry is expensive ($3 per load), the walls are cracking, and it is noisy (can hear neighbors talking). It is difficult to get packages since the office is open until 6 and they are not the most helpful people. Also, there are problems with stolen magazines. There are better places for the same price available nearby.

Since when is being open until 6 considered early for an office? My complex won't even hold packages for me at all so I have to go pick them up at UPS headquarters. As far as all the other things you said, its the price you pay for renting instead of owning. MAybe you should ask your neighbors to keep it down and stop stealing and help yourself instead of expecting peopel to be mind readers.
